I'm Bruce Ward. The practices I promote at The Farm Business Gym are the result of twelve successful years working with farmers, providing them training in new practices. I also offer a unique brand of coaching assistance.

Change is never easy. My objective for the Gym is to provide the information and the skills that are so desperately needed when a farm family or corporation are taking something as complex as a farm into a new, unbelievably abundant dimension. Click here to see my philosophy about agriculture.

In order to achieve this abundant dimension, successful managers have found that their best results come when they simultaneously address the health of their soil and their plants (and if applicable their livestock), whilst also doing the confidence-building financial planning that makes them such powerful decision-makers. At the same time good managers ensure that the people who work with them - such as their families and their employees - and the communities who supply them with needed goods and services, are fully considered.
